You are now able to flood fill assessments and evidence within your formative assessment section in the EAZMAG system.

Go to: Assessment > Formative Assessment (By Group) > Filter the YG/Class/Set > Subject > Grid > Show assessment.

Right click on the 'Statement' > Select the formative highlight > update.

You can also add text or a photograph at this point if you wish. This feature is also available in the EYFS EAZMAG system.

You are now able to set your test thresholds within your EAZMAG system, ensuring when you analyse the results this will be seen in the format you require.

Go to: Settings > Assessment Set Up > KS1/KS2 Assessing without levels > Scroll down to test thresholds:

You can set a minimum of 3 thresholds and maximum of 5, renaming and amending colours if desired. Once any amendments have been made, remember to hit save at the bottom of the page.

These changes will be reflected in your test history report.

Following feedback received from a large number of our EYFS customers, and the possibility of upcoming changes to EYFS Assessment, we have upgraded the settings within the system. This will allow you to set the parameters of your assessment criteria.

Go to Settings > EYFS Framework Setup. From there you can amend your Statements, Best Fit Terminology, Age Related Expectations and Auto-fill configuration.
